The venue shares the Las Colinas waterfront district with restaurants, hotels, and the Mandalay Canal Walk, which means that on sold-out concert nights, Las Colinas Boulevard and the Northwest Highway ramps see heavy backup. Surface parking fills before the opening act most nights.
Rideshare pickup is staged in a designated lot off Las Colinas Boulevard, and post-show demand routinely spikes pricing. Charter bus drop-off uses the venue's commercial vehicle arrival area on Las Colinas Boulevard; the bus waits in the nearby parking structure with a confirmed oversized vehicle spot. The city of Grapevine's Historic Main Street district hosts more than 50 wineries, tasting rooms, and wine-focused restaurants within walking distance of each other — making it the most concentrated wine destination in North Texas. Weekend afternoon parking on Main Street is consistently full, and the narrow historic streetscape makes caravan coordination difficult.
A party bus or minibus from Carrollton parks once at the edge of the Main Street corridor, and the group walks the tasting circuit at their own pace — no shuffling cars between stops, no one tracking whose turn it is to stay sober. Grapevine is roughly 15 miles west via SH-121.

The Garland Road approach from I-30 sees heavy traffic during Dallas Blooms weekends specifically — plan arrival at least an hour ahead of any timed entry.
Spring Blooms sellout weeks in advance; the same traffic pattern that fills the parking lot also makes rideshare wait times unpredictable. A chartered bus from Carrollton via I-635 and Garland Road keeps the group together from start to finish.
